Shred It! and Forget it!

Saturday, Sept 16th at the Oliver Senior Centre parking lot. 9:00 am until 1:00 or the trucks are full – whichever comes first. The charge is a donation for the Food Bank or, if you have 6 or more boxes, a minimum of $5 per box for the Food Bank.

Our next General Meeting will be this coming Monday, September 18th at 1:30 am.

The meeting will start promptly with Guest Speaker Marieze Tarr, Executive Director, Desert Sun Counselling and Resource Centre. She will speak about “Better at Home”, their  “Emergency Preparedness Registration” program and “TAPS – Therapeutic Activation Program for Seniors.” 

The primary purposes of this meeting will be:

• Updates and activity reports from the Board 
• Budget request(s) for needed expense(s)
• Information about upcoming activities and events
• Questions and Concerns

PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS NOT an election meeting but, we are now seeking volunteers for our next Board to be elected at our next General Meeting on Monday, November 20th.
