COVID Restrictions Lifted – We are Open Again!
The COVID restrictions that have prevented us from being open have now been lifted. We are open (except Stat holidays and weekends) as of February 22nd:
Bingo is already back and had a good sized group playing on Friday,
Our new Co-Ed Fitness class with Merton Palmer, registered BCRPA Fitness Leader, starts Tuesday at 10:00 am sharp (arrive early to be ready) and
Social Coffee time returns at 9:30 am Tuesday
Did you know we are open for Indoor Walking from 8:30 – 9:30 Tuesdays?
Ladies Keep Fit will start Wednesday at 8:45 (arrive by 8:30 please),
Music and Cribbage will start this Wednesday afternoon, while Saturday Dances will resume some time in March.
Line Dancing for both Beginners and Experienced dancers will resume Thursday morning;
Bridge starts up again on Thursday afternoon, while Duplicate Bridge will resume in March.
We have the facility, available time slot and equipment for carpet bowling, floor shuffleboard, or floor curling. If you are interested in any of these activities get in touch with the Senior Centre right away before the time slot is lost to another activity.
Drop-ins are welcome for Pool from 10:00 -12:30 and 12:30 – 3:00 sessions.
We also welcome drop-ins most days/times to work on a jigsaw puzzle or swap books or puzzles to take home. We do have some bookings for the lounge/library so call first if in doubt. TOPS uses this room every week on Tuesdays 10:00 – 11:00 and a few others use it monthly.
