Cardio-respiratory fitness, strength and flexibility classes with Merton Palmer are back in November. Merton is a registered BCRPA Fitness Leader. Merton volunteers his time to provide a very low-cost ($2 members, $3 non-members) and highly customized fitness program for people of ages 40 and up of all abilities.

Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 1:00 starting Thursday, November 3rd. This program is offered for men and women 40+ at all fitness levels, including those with mobility issues.
