The Oliver Senior Center Society (OSCS) is accepting tender proposals from qualified janitorial contractors for cleaning services at Oliver Senior Centre, 5876 Airport Street, Oliver, BC.

The successful bidder will be offered a contract to perform the specified services for the OSCS for a one-year period from March 15th, 2023 – March 14th, 2024.

Detailed specifications and tender packages may be picked up at the OSCS reception desk weekdays between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Viewing of the premises is available, by appointment only, on weekdays from 10:00 – 12:30.

To be considered, sealed tenders must be delivered to the Oliver Senior Center reception desk before 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2023.

The lowest priced tender will not necessarily be accepted.
